Transaction History
Sharpe Properties closed on a four-building portfolio in Hialeah, Florida on February 24, 2026, for $5,269,000 ($191 per square foot across 27,568 square feet). The acquisition was sourced off-market and was the company’s first purchase of apartment buildings, adding Dos Palmas Apartments and Vista Flora Apartments to the portfolio alongside Buena Vista Warehouse, a 7,500 square foot industrial building. Until this acquisition, the company had focused exclusively on industrial and retail properties.
