Barry Sharpe, Founder and President
Barry Sharpe co-founded Sharpe Properties in 1960 with his father, Joseph Sharpe. Barry is an American raised in Havana, Cuba, and is fluent in both Spanish and English. He has operated commercial real estate in Hialeah, Florida, a majority Spanish-speaking market, since the company’s founding, and Sharpe Properties is now in its third generation of Sharpe family ownership.
Barry remains active in day-to-day property operations, working alongside his sons Brian Sharpe and Mason Sharpe across the Sharpe Properties portfolio.
