Commercial

Whether construction for commercial properties involves major renovations, façade remodeling, extensive build-outs, or routine building maintenance, Sharpe Properties has the knowledge, expertise, and resources to handle or oversee the entire project. Our construction capabilities cover retail, industrial warehouse, and office properties throughout South Florida.

Licensed Contractors In-House

What sets Sharpe Properties apart is that our construction work is led by licensed professionals within the company. President Barry Sharpe is a Licensed Building Contractor, and Vice President Brian Sharpe is a Certified General Contractor. With two licensed contractors directing operations, our construction projects are managed by principals who understand both the building process and the long-term ownership perspective. This means construction decisions are made with the property’s performance, tenant satisfaction, and cost efficiency in mind.

In addition to their contractor licenses, both Barry and Brian hold active Real Estate Broker licenses, giving them a dual perspective that combines hands-on construction knowledge with a deep understanding of how improvements affect property value, leasing potential, and tenant retention.

In-House Resources

Sharpe Properties maintains in-house maintenance crews and a warehouse stocked with construction equipment and supplies, enabling us to respond quickly to a variety of projects. By handling work internally rather than outsourcing, we streamline project timelines and deliver cost-effective results for commercial properties.

Oversight of Specialized Projects

For commercial real estate projects that require specialized expertise, our wealth of experience enables us to assemble and manage teams of professional contractors, architects, engineers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and various tradesmen. We conscientiously monitor all work on an ongoing basis to ensure quality, safety, and that costs remain competitive and in line with the South Florida commercial real estate market.
