As a commercial property leasing company, Sharpe Properties utilizes a variety of methods for prospective tenants to find urban retail stores and industrial warehouses available for rent. In addition to the standard For Rent sign at each vacant storefront window, Sharpe Properties provides property listings on real estate websites, blogs, and social media. This allows national chains and local mom and pop businesses to view photos of buildings, and customized information about each property with vacant locations.
For retail properties, business owners and prospective tenants can view each shopping center’s demographics, site plan, and geo coordinates. For industrial warehouse locations, prospective industrial tenants can view zoning, ceiling height, and other important building features.

Sharpe Properties manages and leases urban retail shopping centers ranging from individual out-parcels to large outdoor strip centers. Larger multi-tenant shopping centers allow small “mom and pop” stores to feed off of customers that initially come to visit larger national anchor tenants.
Industrial Warehouses
Property management for industrial warehouses cover single warehouse bays and multi-bay locations. Industrial properties are available with either street or dock-level loading docks. All warehouses provide industrial size garage doors. We have full and partial air-condition warehouse bays; locations with 3-Phase Electric, and industrial locations providing railroad service.
Office Buildings
Sharpe Properties has the ability to manage all types of office buildings, but prefers managing properties with both retail and office uses. Office buildings with a mix of retail use are great for businesses in the medical fields, as well as professional services such as accounting, financing, and even property management.
Apartments
Sharpe Properties manages a mixed-use property in Hialeah, with 1st floor retail, and 2nd floor apartments. Each apartment unit has 2 beds and 2 baths.
